LocNavigator is operated by Bill Lafferty, an independent localization technology consultant. This policy explains what information is collected when you use this site and how it is used.

What we collect

When you use the instant feedback path, we collect only your answers to the six intake questions.

When you request a consultation, we also collect your name, job title, company name, and work email address.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to:

• Generate a localization diagnostic relevant to your situation
• Follow up with you regarding a consultation, if you requested one

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Your responses are processed by the following services:

• Anthropic — your answers are sent to the Anthropic API to generate your diagnostic brief. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com.
• Resend — used to deliver email notifications. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com.
• Vercel — this site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com.

Data retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, typically no longer than 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
